Candidate policySo, you have 'agreed your fee' and it’s time to get candidates moving through the recruitment process. However, you need to set the framework for the deal - the Terms and Conditions... To keep everything neat and tidy, we’ve taken care of this for you! Everyone, registering to use AgreeYourFee is governed by the following guidelines, which are split into 2 categories: Candidate guidelines and AgreeYourFee guidelines:
Candidate guidelines Candidate ownership: Occasionally, more than one recruiter could have contact with the same candidate. Therefore, if 2 or more recruiters submit the same person to an employer, the recruiter who submitted the candidate first will 'own' the candidate with this employer.
Employers determine this outcome by noting when the candidate was first submitted - employers have an option to inform a recruiter/s that a candidate is already known to them.
Hired candidates dropping out = fee rebate: Should a candidate be deemed unsuitable after they have been hired, or leave of their own accord the following rebates can be claimed by the employer. Rebates are only in force for a 12 week window!
The window is open from the first day of the candidates employment - rebates only apply to the recruiter responsible for placing the candidate.
If a candidates is made redundant within the first 12 weeks no rebates apply. Rebates are calculated as a % of the recruiters fee. Over time, the rebate reduces from 100%, (for a candidate leaving in weeks 1-4) to just 10% for a candidate leaving in week 12. This is outlined below:
Invoices and payments: Recruiters invoices should be settled, (in full) within 30 working days from candidates first 'full' day of employment. The only exception should be if the candidate has dropped out (as outlined above) or has failed to start work at all.
In any event, the recruiter should be notified immediately of the change of circumstances and be given the opportunity to provide alternative candidates at the previously agreed fee %. However, the rebate must still be paid back.
AgreeYourFee invoices are final - we do not get involved with rebates, your advertising was free after all!

Candidate acceptance:
Submitting a candidate via AgreeYourFee assumes that both the recruiter
and the employer will conduct the entire 5 stage
recruitment process online.
The process only ends when a candidate is either
rejected, or hired - with a start date being set by the employer.
Candidates submitted via AgreeYourFee and hired outside of the 5 stage process are still liable to a charge at the published rate - set by the employer when advertising the vacancy. This clause remains in effect for 6 months from the date the candidate was first submitted.
You can contact AgreeYourFee at any time for help and assistance!
