Our Story
Born from a 20-year friendship and a shared frustration with the traditional property market, we're James and Daniel, and we created Agree Your Fee to revolutionise how homes are sold. A few years back, we both experienced firsthand the challenges and lack of transparency when trying to sell our own homes. It was a frustrating process that made us realise things had to change.
James, with 15 years as a qualified teacher, and Daniel, an experienced project manager within the NHS, have channelled our unique backgrounds into building a platform that truly makes an impact. We've poured our efforts into empowering homeowners through education and fostering transparency in a market that's traditionally lacked clarity.
Our journey began with a clear understanding of the UK property market's pain points. For homeowners, confusing commission fees and limited choice were major frustrations, often eating into significant profits. Meanwhile, good estate agents faced high listing costs and inefficient lead generation. Recognising this "broken market," we set out to build a platform that redefines how people connect with agents.

We empower sellers with upfront fee transparency so they can make informed decisions.
